    From day-to-day management to advising developers on the design of communal areas, we take care of anything and everything relating to apartment blocks and their communal areas.

    We work closely with developers to ensure that everything, from lifts to gardens, are designed so that they can be managed practically and cost effectively. We then offer advice and assistance to set service charge budgets, provide pre-completion consultancy to the house builders, and carry out consultations for major works and long-term agreements.

    Our clients range from investor funds to private landlords and resident management companies, with properties across the spectrum, from 500-unit new-builds to converted blocks in prime estates. 

    We deal with the tendering and management of maintenance contracts, and the appointment and management of onsite staff to ensure the smooth running of the building. The team has a wealth of experience managing a variety of residential assets for a multitude of clients, so we are often called for expert witness and mediation.

This supplements the traditional surveying and financial core services of rent collection, service charge administration, Health & Safety, supply chain and service partner management, lease compliance, employment of on-site staff, and more.     We invest heavily in IT, which allows us to deliver live financial data via our portal. As a result, clients can download tailor-made financial reports. All this means we provide a transparent service to our clients, who include institutions, asset managers, property companies and high net worth individuals.

  • Property Management Due Diligence

    We give clients a tailored, in-depth analysis of the property management aspects of due diligence on investment purchases and sales.

    We have extensive experience of the management matters which impact value and so we provide bespoke reporting which covers activities such as turnover rental income reviews, tenancy schedule and shortfall cross-checking and analysis, plus forensic analysis of all aspects of the service charge.

    Our advice is available to existing clients as part of an ongoing management mandate or we can offer to new clients on a one-off basis.
